Toddlers, preschoolers - and, let’s face it - adults, tend to thrive on routine. Kids like to know what to expect and when to expect it. When you’re facing a tough season of bedtimes, there could be a few reasons. Getting your little one involved in the process can also be helpful. Have them look at the pictures and share what step comes next. Or, have them put a sticker next to each item on the list after it is completed. Whatever works for you to help create a solid bedtime routine will help your little one feel safe and secure as bedtime approaches.
